Pinterest Ads tracking
Pinterest has become a popular target advertisement platform. Merchants have been using Multifeeds to create product feeds for Pinterest, and now they can create tracking to measure and optimize the Pinterest campaigns.
With Multifeeds’ Pixel and tracking, it is as simple as creating a new tag, select the events you want to track (ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase, etc.), copy and paste the Pinterest ID and you are good to go.
How to find Pinterest ID?
1. Log into your Pinterest account → Go to “Conversions” from the top-left menu options.

2. Go to the “Tag manager” and click on “Install the Pinterest tag”.

3. Enter the store URL, and note the tag ID on the top right corner You will need to enter it into the newly created Pinterest tag.

4. Continue with the data source setup. To setup Pinterest tag with Multifeeds, make sure you choose “Manual setup”

5. Multifeeds supports Enhanced matching customer data, so make sure that you have the option turned on in the next step.

6. Paste it into your newly created Pinterest tag

After saving the new tag, you can move on to test Pinterest tracking on your Shopify store.
