Multiple Feeds & Smart campaigns
Multiple Feeds & Smart campaigns is an app listed in Shopify app store that allow Shopify merchants to synchronize products to Google Shopping. To do so the app need some access scopes to be granted at installation, and store some data related to your store as explained in the following documentation.
Shopify access scopes that we use and why we use it
We get basic information from a store including Currency, Shipping Zones, Password enabled status, Policies etc. These are used to ensure store’s alignments with Google Shopping requirements.
We do not use any personally identifiable information of store owners to send any promotional emails related to cross-selling or launching of any other service that is not in the scope of this app. However, we do send emails related to updates launched, bug fixes, updates in the documentation and any other change that may affect utility of this app.
These permissions allow us to read the product information like product Title, Description, Images, Prices, Barcode and SKUs, Variants, and their details, etc… to create the content of product feeds.
Whenever you choose to exclude a product from feed or customize its feed settings, we need to tag it for exclusion or update its metafields so the next synchronization we can skip it or customize the feed attributes accordingly.

This permission is required to add the needed re-marketing and conversion tags for Google Ads. You can read more here.
Google access scopes that we use and why we use it
This is needed for us to display which Google Account you have connected your app to.
This is needed to automatically verify your store with Google Merchant Center.
This is needed to synchronize your store’s products to Google Merchant Center
This is needed to help you organize Google Ads campaigns.
We do not share or transfer any of users information to other party unless (a) to comply with applicable laws, and (b) as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.
When you install the app, we will maintain your question and Personally Identifiable Information for our records.
When you choose to connect a 3rd party account, including Google Account, we store the tokens provided to the app by the 3rd party to be used for the services provided by the app, e.g. create product feeds and/or ads campaigns.
When you choose to uninstall the app, your information, including tokens that allow the app to access resources on your behalf are removed.
